Update

Good evening everyone,

It’s been a really busy summer season this year around 30% more bookings than 2022.

I would like to thank all our returning and new customers for there patience while the team gets though your enquiries.

Our winter season looks to be just as busy, due to increase in contact volumes I have taken the decision to move our service level agreement from 2 working days to 4 working days for email replies, please bear us while we get though this busy period.

Our team is working around the clock to ensure all of our customers recive the best possible service, however as a business it’s important me set the correct exceptions.

As always our phone lines will be open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Summer update ⚠️

Good Evening guys,

We have been reciving record amounts of Calls and emails over the past few months, we are truly greatful so many of you have chosen us to be your Staycation provider

For another year running we have again won customer choice award, with an overall FEEFO rating of 4.9 out of 5, massive well done to everyone involved Q 2 has been a busy one

Hello everyone, we hope your well, we have had a busy start to the summer season, I would just like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers who have stayed with us so far this year 😊

When emailing our team with enquiries if we could kindly ask you to put your booking reference number in the subject line, this is because our systems can allocate your email to your customer account, which means the email ticket can be allocated to a member of the team quicker

Our Service Level Agreement is currently 10-15 hours for an email reply, which is the best times we have seen the team have been working hard to get back to all of our customers, massive thank you to everyone who has been bearing with us ☺️

**UPDATE**
We hope all of our customers are enjoying there 2023 so far, we have had a fairly busy Q1, we have welcomed lots of customers through our doors this year so far

From me a massive well done to the customer care team who have been helping our customers ensure they have a great experience, currently we are working at a service level agreement of 18-21 hours for all enquiries to be answered from both telephone and email channels which compared to last year we have seen a significant improvement, our commitment remains the same whenever you need us we will always be at the other end of an email or telephone
