We have just found ourselves with a couple of weeks availability in the coming months and so thought I would share them here just in case someone is looking for a lovely place to stay in the coming weeks:

We are a 3 bedroom (sleep 6 across a king, a double, 2 singles) all ensuite - all on one level. We are a barn conversion in the Dorset countryside near Mannington. Underfloor heating (not that you need it at the moment), open plan living, fully equipped kitchen, bi-folding doors into the outside space. The kind of place where you actually switch off and would love to live.

We are dog friendly, but don't have an enclosed garden instead we had 2 large farm fields.

Day trips to the New Forest, Bournemouth or Christchurch if you want them. Holt Heath walks on the doorstep if you don't. Dog friendly pubs nearby.

There’s a specific kind of magic that happens when you stay at The Dairy. The air feels lighter, the world gets quieter, and your "to-do" list finally disappears.

We love being your quiet corner of Dorset but we’re not too far away from the supermarkets, country pubs and lovely walks.

I often say that the supermarkets are all less than a 15-minute drive away depending which supermarket you want.

The perfect balance of "do nothing" and "do everything."

This morning, the sun is shining across the fields and so I wonder if the cows will venture into the fields next door.

We never really thought about the fact that we would get people staying at the Dairy when working in the local area. It's great, because not only are we 3 bedrooms - all ensuite, people get to wash / dry their clothes (particularly important if they are outside working in this rain) but also get to cook / relax / watch tv without having to go out. If you know someone needing to work in the area - please do share our details.

Our lovely holiday let is on several sites for booking - and on some of those sites, we don't get to respond to the feedback that guests leave - the Managers of our let do so on our behalf.

However, I do love to go in and read the reviews. This one made me smile - it's not just the dogs that love our underfloor heatings - the humans do too...
