📍 Kent | Norfolk | Somerset We wanted to design and build a place of tranquility with all the wellness facilities you could need combined into one structure. We also wanted to be champions of sustainability. ‘Red’ is built with some incredible new build techniques, making her pretty much carbon neutral, plus we made the effort to find Briti

sh sources for everything from the insulation to the cladding, the stove to the windows - and more! The Location

The Red Cabin is found at Hexden Farm in a 100 acre sheep farm in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is also a Dark Skies area so star gazing is a must. In fact multiple super novae were discovered from an observatory next to the farm. The nearby towns of Tenderden and Rye (right by the sea) offer an abundance of shops, cafes, amazing eateries and things to do. Bedgebury Pinetum, Bodiam Castle and Bewl Reservoir are also super close. Your Hosts

Steve and Tally are the owners of Open Air Business magazine, a magazine for glampsite owners, wedding venues and festival/event organisers. We have three girls, two cats, two chickens, two horses and a snake. Steve is also a metal/rock drummer and Tally runs the art club at the local primary school. You’ll also find The Lowrie family on site - make sure to say hi to Bertie , his wife Margaret and son Andy!

We’ve been keeping a secret… a new cabin is on its way, and it’s a pretty special one.

Tucked between heritage orchards, a working vineyard and Thornham’s sandy beach, this cabin is hidden away on the farm Drove Orchards.

Footpaths across the marshes take you to the beach and in the other direction you’ve got all the village has to offer including Erics Fish and Chips for proper fish and chips, VinedMe at Walsingham and Thornham Enoteca and Cellars wine bar, gurneysfishshop, a farm shop and award-winning bakery The Old Store Surabaya Thrift Store.

On top of that you’re surround by nature reserves, woodland and wildflower meadows - and there’s still a choice of pubs in walking distance.

Surrounded by rolling hills with just some cows for neighbours - you’ll feel like the only one out here. There’s a pub and farm shop within walking distance, just in case though.

A private lake, your own sauna and a cabin with everything you need - yes, that includes a proper bed and shower. This is what we call off-grid.

And we’re opening just in time for summer. Bookings are now open for Colleymore, our new cabin in the Cotswolds.

On Andy Cato’s regenerative farm, this cabin will be surrounded by wildflowers in summer with views to the ridgeway from the hot tub and sauna.

You can walk across the fields to a pub, and nearby you’ll find wild swimming and paddle boarding spots.

Oh and it’s only 90 minutes from London.
