We had an emergency at Sam’s Place last week - on Tuesday our gas fire failed its annual gas check! So we had just 3 days to find, purchase and fit a replacement!! What a nightmare, especially living all the way down here, where there isn’t exactly an abundance of shops to choose from. Anyway, we did it and we now have a lovely new wall hung electric plug in fireplace, which we think looks lovely. It’s actually a big improvement in the previous one, so a blessing in disguise….no more expensive annual gas check either! 😀
