🔨 PROJECT UPDATE: Kitchen–Diner Knock‑Through.
In one of our other projects we’re in the messy middle — and it’s my favourite stage!

This property is getting a full kitchen and dining room knock‑through to create one bright, open, social space. Walls down, steels in, and the layout is finally starting to make sense. There’s still plenty to do, but the bones of the new space are already looking so much better.

It’s amazing how opening up a floorplan can completely change the feel of a home. This one is going to be a light, modern, and functional hub for future tenants.

✨ RENOVATION REVEAL✨
After months of graft, planning, and a lot of coffee… our latest North East rental renovation is officially complete!

What started as a tired space is now a bright, modern, and welcoming home ready for its new tenants. Fresh finishes, thoughtful details, and a layout that makes sense — exactly what we love bringing to life at VB Homes & Developments.

There’s something special about transforming a property and knowing it’s about to become someone’s safe, comfortable place to live. This one feels like a win.

It’s been a hectic few months here at VB — but we’re excited to share that amidst the hustle, we secured the keys to two new properties in the North East over September and October! 🏡✨
