🌕🌖🌗🌘🌑 For the best views of tonight’s solar eclipse if you’re lucky enough to be visiting the Isle of Wight, you should head to west or south-facing coastal spots with unobstructed sight lines. Ideal vantage points include Totland Bay and Colwell Bay for level, direct sea views. For a more dramatic, elevated panoramic viewpoint, you can visit Tennyson Down (overlooking The Needles) or Mottistone Down, both of which are managed by the National Trust and offer dark, wide-open horizons. Don’t forget your special eclipse glasses !!! 👓 🤓 🌕🌘🌗🌖🌑

Always great shows on at the local theatre. Lots of tribute acts too 💃 well worth a visit next time you stay at The ‘Van 🤩

The doors to Queen of Angels Cathedral will be flung open tomorrow night as our fabulous nuns take over Shanklin Theatre for this year's summer season musical!

Sister Act the musical re-tells the story of the original 1992 film starring Whoopi Goldberg. It's a high-energy, feel-good classic that will have you dancing and singing along in the aisles! 🪩
