Any future bookings now will require a £50 damages bond…

We have never done this as our guests have always been respectful of the caravan. But after recent damages (blinds ripped/broken, remote controls with bite marks in and the van left very untidy).

We can’t keep replacing it out our own pockets! It would be nice if people made us aware even if it was an accident but rather than us turning up to find these things out that’s why we are having to introduce the damages fee.

We take weekends and full weeks and minimum 2 night stays. *school holidays we only take on full weeks* thank you for following our and page and staying with us. Secure your dates with £50 deposit and the remaining balance 5 weeks before your due to arrive.

The caravan is sited on Seaways Holiday Park in Winthorpe which is next to Butlins in Skegness, just across the road from The Boathouse, The LookOut and The Beachcomber Pubs. The beach is less than 5min walk. All the pubs are dog friendly including the beach all year round. All bookings include bedding and towels provided but fine to bring your own if wanted. The caravan has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Tv/dvd in living room and both bedrooms. The caravan has a gated veranda with outdoor furniture. Unfortunately no same s*x group bookings are allowed due to site rules. If wanting to secure any dates it’s a £50 non refundable deposit to secure and then the remaining balance will be due 5 weeks prior to your holiday.
