We’re selling our caravan 😢

It’s an 8 Berth caravan (willerby vacation) located on Coastfields caravan site ingoldmells, 8 years old - there’s no age limit for the caravan on the site.
Has been used by only us as a holiday home but has been rented out a handful of times this year.

There’s 2 single bedrooms
A double room
Pull out bed in living area
Bathroom with shower and toilet
And a room with just toilet
Built in fridge and freezer
Will leave everything as is so ready for use straight away - Tv in living room and in double bedroom.
Air fryer, kettle, toaster etc.
electric heating.

It’s bang next to the park on Coastfields.
Ground rent is paid for the rest of the year and is open until November - Season reopens again in March.

Buyer to pay name change (we will pay half)
