Dear all ,

It is with regret we are having to do this. However due to recent events we have decided to increase our refundable damage / care bond to a minimum of £150 per booking and on some bookings to £50 per person.

Unfortunately the booking with recent damage has cost over £600 to sort out which is more than the bond they paid and their break cost . We have decided it would be unfair to our good guests to increase their holiday costs because of people like this so feel the fairer way is to keep our prices affordable and price up the care bonds. This is aimed at making people think twice and also enable us to still be able to offer affordable holidays to others.

Firstly I would like to apologies to all those that messaged today and we only just messaged back . We had a call from the cleaning team today about one of our caravans reporting major damage .

For insight this was a family group of adults and this was the damage :

Broken fan

Broken stool

Stools / feaces up the walls , wash basins , in the shower

Sofa bedding set missing

Fag burn in new flooring by the door

Broken stair gate

Urinated beds and missing mattress protectors. Needing entire new beds / toppers , protectors and mattresses

P**p / stools inside bedding and linen

Sick inside the bin

Filthy : oven , cupboards / microwaves / air fryers / windows

Urine on flooring carpet and cushion floors

The smell alone made the cleaners vomit and have to go out

2 fire sticks pinched / stollen

Additional cleaning fees and stripping of entire caravan

Marks / damage to walls from mobility scooter and wheelchair

Smells of smoke and evidence of smoking in the caravan including w**d and left over w**d Stash requiring disposal and fill oxide machine and sanitation .

This caravan has been total ripped apart and re built today between 7 of us . Thanks for the amazing cleaning team and experts like rainbow for the beds etc that all came tho . In all our time re Tony this was the worse!

Today we have been very busy …..

We have been out delivering our new cleaning packs. These new packs are stored on the kitchen tops in all our caravans making all products accessible and enabling you to leave our beautiful caravans as you find them.

We have chosen to store them on the kitchen top so it is easy for our cleaning team to see when things need replacing and also because the kitchen top is out of reach of young children where under sink cupboards pose a risk to crawling children.
