You've booked the table. Now for the afternoon.

Skye has a way of filling the hours between arrival and dinner without any effort at all — a walk to a beach you didn't know existed, a drive to a lighthouse at the edge of the island, or simply sitting with the loch in front of you and letting the evening come to you.

Some occasions deserve more than dinner. They deserve the whole evening.

Raising a glass to something new.

Created in partnership with our friends at North Point Distillery in Caithness, The Three Chimneys Gin is a small-batch Old Tom gin inspired by the landscape around us here on Skye. Notes of wild gorse, Douglas fir and kelp sit alongside warming citrus, capturing a little of the island in every pour.
