North View is a spacious, light-filled retreat with high-spec amenities throughout. Set in the coastal town of South Shields, close to Newcastle upon Tyne and Sunderland, it’s the perfect base to enjoy all the North East has to offer.

Guests have full access to the entire property, including a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area, four stylish bedrooms, and two modern shower rooms.

The sleek kitchen features white high-gloss cabinets, light oak worktops, and is fully equipped for self-catering with an integrated oven, electric hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and cookware. Prefer to dine out? You’ll find fantastic restaurants and takeaways nearby in Westoe Village and South Shields.

The open-plan living and dining space offers a large dining table, two cosy sofas, an armchair, a wall-mounted TV, and a contemporary fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the coast.

On the main floor, you’ll also find a convenient shower room and the master bedroom with a comfy king-size bed, neutral décor, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside tables—a peaceful retreat for a restful night’s sleep.

Upstairs, the second shower room is joined by three further bedrooms: two with king-size beds and one with a small double. Decorated in fresh whites with colourful accents, these rooms offer a bright, modern feel for all guests to enjoy.
