We welcomed our very first guests into our new property in Mudeford this week, and they couldn’t have picked a better time for it. Sunshine, long evenings, and a private balcony made for slow mornings and golden‑hour views.

But our favourite part? The swing seat. Perfect for relaxing after a long, hard day of… relaxing. It’s quickly becoming everyone’s favourite spot to unwind and soak up the weather.

Our new home is coming soon...

📍45 Commercial Road, Totton, SO40 3AH

Soon to be home to a vibrant co-working space, podcast studio, content creation studio and meeting room.

There's plenty of work to do, think bold wallpaper, colour-washed walls, inspiring spaces, great coffee, and lots of friendly faces supported by the best team in the business.

Venture will be home to our KeyWe, Our Gate, and the Venture team, but more importantly, it will be a place where local business owners, freelancers and remote workers can come together to network, learn, collaborate and support one another.

We're passionate about championing small businesses and can't wait to open our doors and build a community where everyone can grow together.

🌞 Reduced staffing over the summer 🌞

As we head into the Hampshire school holidays, we’ll be operating on a slightly reduced staffing basis for a few weeks.

As a small business with lots of parent employees, we’ve chosen to support our team by offering more flexible working arrangements over the school holidays. This means that most of our team will be working from home, our phone lines will be limited and response times may be a little slower than usual.

That said, our housekeeping teams and weekly property checks will continue as normal, so our properties will still be looked after as usual 🧹✨

🧽✨ It’s a deep-clean kind of week for us! ✨🧽

We’ve been super busy lately (which is always a good thing! 🙌🏻), and today we have several deep cleans taking place across our properties.

This week, we’re also focusing on replenishing stock. Fans and forks… they really do seem to grow legs and walk away! 🤦‍♀️

We’re fanatical about looking after our properties and making sure they’re kept to the highest standard. So, this week, it’s all hands on deck 💪🏻

Not for new take-ons this time… but for giving our existing properties some extra love, care and attention ❤️✨

We have a fantastic range of accommodation just a short drive from the park, from cosy apartments to large family houses. Travelling with grandparents or another family? We also have bigger properties that can comfortably accommodate two families under one roof, often working out far more affordable than booking multiple hotel rooms or many of the recommended Peppa Pig World accommodation options.

✨ A New Key Collection Option for Our Guests ✨

At Stay With, meeting and greeting our guests is always our preference, especially at properties where we don't manage the entire building. The last thing we want is for anyone to accidentally try the wrong door after a long journey!

That said, we know travel plans don't always go to schedule, and not everyone wants to be tied to a specific arrival time. We completely understand.

That's why we're delighted to have partnered with Bistro Baristo to offer a flexible key collection option for guests whose arrival times are difficult to predict.

Now, if a meet and greet isn't practical, guests can collect their keys at their leisure from this fantastic local café. Better still, it's the perfect excuse to enjoy a coffee, breakfast, lunch or a delicious treat while you're there, supporting another wonderful independent business in our community.

We've had the pleasure of getting to know the team, and they're genuinely lovely people. Their food looks absolutely incredible too, so we'll definitely be popping in ourselves very soon!

Not long now until we get the keys to our new office and shop! 🔑🎉

We honestly can't wait to reveal the location to you all... it's getting so close now!

At the moment we're busy sorting out our little office at Solent Business Centre while we prepare for the big move. Safe to say it's organised chaos over here! 🤣📦

For anyone who missed our announcement, we're opening a co-working office and business hub in Totton.

Our aim is to create a welcoming space that supports fellow small businesses, freelancers and entrepreneurs. Alongside flexible desks and private offices available to rent by the day, we'll also have a content & podcast studio to help you create professional content for your business. 🎙️📸
