We’re currently renovating our new premises at 45 Commercial Road, Totton, and our podcast studio and meeting room will be finished by the end of this week! 🙌

While we wait for the rest of Venture to catch up, we’d love to start welcoming some local businesses through our doors.

So, we’re offering a limited number of FREE podcast studio sessions and meeting room hires to local businesses.

Venture is already home to Stay With – The Collective, where you’ll find our Stay With KeyWe team and Stay With Our Gate team working under one roof.

And now, we’re building something new… our very own Venture team. 🙌

Venture Work Space & Podcast Studio

As the building continues to transform, so does the team behind it. Venture is becoming a home for our businesses, our people and, very soon, a whole community of local business owners, freelancers and professionals.

There’s still lots happening behind the scenes, but seeing our new HQ come to life is incredibly exciting.

We welcomed our very first guests into our new property in Mudeford this week, and they couldn’t have picked a better time for it. Sunshine, long evenings, and a private balcony made for slow mornings and golden‑hour views.

But our favourite part? The swing seat. Perfect for relaxing after a long, hard day of… relaxing. It’s quickly becoming everyone’s favourite spot to unwind and soak up the weather.

Our new home is coming soon...

Soon to be home to a vibrant co-working space, podcast studio, content creation studio and meeting room.

There's plenty of work to do, think bold wallpaper, colour-washed walls, inspiring spaces, great coffee, and lots of friendly faces supported by the best team in the business.

Venture will be home to our KeyWe, Our Gate, and the Venture team, but more importantly, it will be a place where local business owners, freelancers and remote workers can come together to network, learn, collaborate and support one another.

We're passionate about championing small businesses and can't wait to open our doors and build a community where everyone can grow together.

Watch this space... we're only just getting started. 🚀

🌞 Reduced staffing over the summer 🌞

As we head into the Hampshire school holidays, we’ll be operating on a slightly reduced staffing basis for a few weeks.

As a small business with lots of parent employees, we’ve chosen to support our team by offering more flexible working arrangements over the school holidays. This means that most of our team will be working from home, our phone lines will be limited and response times may be a little slower than usual.

That said, our housekeeping teams and weekly property checks will continue as normal, so our properties will still be looked after as usual 🧹✨

🧽✨ It’s a deep-clean kind of week for us! ✨🧽

We’ve been super busy lately (which is always a good thing! 🙌🏻), and today we have several deep cleans taking place across our properties.

This week, we’re also focusing on replenishing stock. Fans and forks… they really do seem to grow legs and walk away! 🤦‍♀️

We’re fanatical about looking after our properties and making sure they’re kept to the highest standard. So, this week, it’s all hands on deck 💪🏻

Not for new take-ons this time… but for giving our existing properties some extra love, care and attention ❤️✨
