My name is Laura. I started my business olive + ash after moving back from Gold Coast, Australia. With my love for interiors & styling I wanted to find a career that I could pour my passions into and make my own.
So I started an Airbnb turnover service booking clients in to clean and style their holiday let properties.
Bookings + new clients were rising as I worked closely with my clients to transform their guests experience. I then took on my first staff member, then second, then third. My sister + best friend with all her many years of knowledge working in 5* hospitality services came to share all her skills and now we are the premium company we are today.
We have expanded our services into offering linens and wash + press services on the best quality linens. Last year we launched our own O + A product line for our cabins, cottages and micro hotels.
This is something Iโm hugely proud of.
I have named it Rest + Retreat and the inspiration has been through my travelling. You can now find these products in our clients properties and in local pop up shops.
With the launch this year 2023 our new sub business, run by the wonderful team. The flower shop + wildwood hampers we are pouring more and more love and attention to a more bespoke and personal service for our clients.
I have never been prouder to share all the years of hard work, through a worldwide pandemic, business hurdles, personal hurdles. This business has tested me + made me resilient + resourceful. It is my purpose.
Thank you to all my wonderful staff and clients that have supported olive + ash. Looked after me and guided/helped us grow. Is built me to be better, think bigger and evolve.
The new branding leans with a little more rustic, earthy vibe and I hope showcases the more eco and green direction, I am taking the company this year.
