About the Cottage
Our cosy and comfortable 3-bedroom holiday home is located on the popular Tolroy Manor holiday park in Hayle near St Ives. It is the absolute perfect base for exploring everything West Cornwall has to offer.
You will have full access to all of the holiday park facilities during your stay!

Inside the Property
Downstairs: Open plan living layout with a fully equipped kitchen (cooker, dishwasher, fridge with icebox, toaster and a great range of saucepans). The downstairs bathroom features a modern walk-in shower.
Upstairs: Three compact bedrooms (one double room, one twin room and one single room). Each bedroom has room for hanging clothes and storing small suitcases or holdalls.
Extras: Bed linen and house towels are fully provided. There is a laundry/dryer room on the site and we provide an iron, ironing board and small clothes airer.
⚠️ Please Note: The house is compact. While it sleeps up to 5 people, it will be a tight squeeze for 4 or 5 adults in the living space. We like to be upfront about this so you can plan comfortably! Please bring your own beach towels.
