This brand new barn conversion sleeps up to 5 people and is situated just a stones throw away from the beach in Horton.
Robin’s Rest consists of two bedrooms (one of which is en suite), a bathroom, kitchen and open plan living area with large windows giving a view of the sea.
The first bedroom has a double bed and an en suite shower room.
The second bedroom which adjoins the bathroom, with shower, bath, WC, hand basin and shaver point has both a double and a single bed which offers flexibility in terms of how many guests we can accommodate.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, electric cooker with grill and hob, kettle, toaster and cafetiere.
The living area has seating enough for five people, a dining table and chairs, electric fire, TV and DVD player.
There is central heating throughout the property. All bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided.
The property has a few steps inside leading from the living area to the kitchen and bedrooms, but may be suitable for someone with limited mobility.
