Delly’s luxury lakeside fishing lodge at Tattershall Lakes Country Park

Beautiful lakeside luxury mini lodge complete with private fishing peg, situate within the award winning Tattershall Lakes Country Park in Lincolnshire. The lodge has two bedrooms comprising of a large master suite complete with kingsize ottoman bed and ensuite shower room. In addition to this there is a large corner sofa bed in the lounge. We provide all pillows, duvets and bedding however you wi

ll need to bring your own towels. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you will need to enjoy your holiday. We have a full size fridge freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster as well as all utensils, glasses and pots and pans. We also have a steam iron, ironing board, steam mop, hoover and hairdryer for your use. Outside we have a lovely wrap around decking with secure gates and glass balastrade leading down to our very own private fishing peg on a well stocked fishing lake. We are in an amazing plot on site as the main entertainment centre is a mere two minutes walk away. This compromises something for everyone whether you are on a girly holiday and want cocktails in the brand new adults only bar THE GIGGLING GOOSE or your with the kids and need to keep them entertained in the vast arcade. Other facilities include the SPITFIRE BAR where you can get well priced home cooked food from breakfast till the evening. This is also where the main entertainment is and many of the bookable childrens activities such as tie dye fun and build your own car to watch the outdoor cinema in. There is also the revamped PROPERLLER BAR which serves amazing pizzas and pasta to eat in or take away. Due to COVID this needs prebooking using Away Resorts booking system. There is also an indoor swimming pool,indoor splash area, gym, sauna, steam room and a spa where treatments include facials, pedicures and massages. Outside in the main complex there is another bar, a snack van and lots of tables overlooking another of the lakes. There is also two man made beaches, an outside splash park, football court, mini golf course, adventure park, bike hire and the brand new heated LIDO which has a main pool and a baby one. This is new for 2020 and is really spectacular and almost feels as your abroad when lounging on one of the many reclining loungers. Park passes are required to access any of the above and these now need to be purchased by ourselves on your behalf. you will no longer be able to purchase from the Away Resorts guest services. Therefore if you do want passes please let me know and the cost will be added on. The costs are between £40 and £90. If watersports is your thing take a look at JUSTWAKE which is situated in the park bookable activities include Aqua Park, Wakeboarding, Kayaks, Paddle sports and new for 2020 is a pirate adventure where you little ones can steer around a lake. Tattershall Lakes offers so much but if you did want to explore the area there is Tattershall Castle right next door, then if you fancied a day at the beach there is Skegness or Mablethorpe around 50 mins away. Or if you are wanting a bit of a city day Lincoln is 20 mins away. Lincoln has some great shops, bars and also an amazing cathedral to explore. For the younger ones Tattershall farm is a great day out. There is also the kinema in the woods which is a fantastic art deco cinema. We are also next to RAF Connisbby and are treated to daily practice flights by fighter jets and spitfires. There are a whole host of places to eat out too. Our favorite places are The Abbey in Woodhall Spa, The Leagate in Connisby and The Tattershall which is right by the park entrance. Then there are some amazing takeaways who will deliver direct to the van. There are menus in the caravan for many of these. In addition to this all of the major supermarkets will deliver. Check in is from 3pm and check out is 10am. The lodge is non smoking however you can smoke on the decking/fishing peg but please dispose of the ci******es in ashtrays provided and not the lake. We are also pet friendly but please do not allow the pet onto the sofas or beds. The £100 Damage Bond is fully refunded within 5 working days of your stay, if not needed to be used for breakages/damage etc
