Some Devon days out are a little bit special...

Bampton Charter fair is one of those days.

Dating back to 1258, this much-loved annual fair brings the town to life with traditional entertainment, stalls, music, food and plenty for families to enjoy.

And although, we're already booked for this year, I thought I'd share, a little glimpse for anyone who is already dreaming about Devon 2027...

Stay at The Elms, explore the beautiful Devon countryside, discover local towns and villages, and perhaps time your visit to coincide with one of the wonderful events happening throughout the year.

Imagine bringing everyone together in our beautiful spacious place - plenty of room for adults to relax, while children enjoyed the games room and outdoor space.

That's exactly what Kim, Bob and family did for a special 70th birthday celebration.....and they gave us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Rose described The Elms as clean, comfortable and well equipped and we're so pleased that even a wet day didn't stop them from having a wonderful time together!

Thank you so much for choosing The Elms for such a special celebration, Rose, and for taking the time to leave us this lovely 5 star review.

Because a good holiday doesn't mean sunshine everyday.

Sometimes it's cosy days inside, muddy walks, garden adventures, hot tubs.... and simply having everyone together.
