The red kite - you always know you have reached Wales when you see that majestic bird of prey circle above in the thermals.

We are lucky and we often feed our own nesting Kites and Buzzards.

The red kite (Milvus milvus) has long been part of Britain’s cultural and ecological identity. Ceredigion’s landscape played a decisive role in the red kite’s survival.
