We’re incredibly proud of the amazing feedback Bankhouse receives from our guests, and we genuinely appreciate every single lovely comment. ❤️

But we definitely can’t take all the credit…

Behind the scenes, we have the most incredible cleaning team Melldun and Dusted who make sure Bankhouse is absolutely perfect for every new arrival. They’re there for every changeover, sometimes at very short notice, and nothing is ever too much trouble. They work so hard, and the standards they maintain are a huge part of the experience our guests enjoy.

Tonight, their hard work was recognised when they won an award at the Scotland Business Awards in the category best cleaning business! 🏆✨

We couldn’t be happier for them. It’s so well deserved, and we feel incredibly lucky to have such a brilliant team looking after Bankhouse.

From Monday 27th July, we’ll be taking a short break for two weeks.

During this time, there may be a delay in responding to emails, text messages, social media comments and direct messages.

Please rest assured that this does not affect any existing bookings, the calendar has already been closed during this period.
