Having spent the last 7 Summers on Millendreath Beach, we have made the tough decision to step back from our beach hire business.

Over the Easter Weekend, 3rd - 6th April, we will be having a massive SALE on all our equipment; including Double Kayaks, Single Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Deck Chairs & Much More ☀️

We have enjoyed every Summer that we got to spend with our loyal customers & we want to say a big thank you to everyone that supported us during our time!

We have had another amazing year on the beach and couldn’t be more thankful for the continued support from our long-standing clients and also the new ones we have gained from 2025!

Wishing you all a fun filled Christmas time - hopefully filled with way too many mince pies & glasses of mulled wine or prosecco 🥂

What an amazing & very successful Sea Explorers ‘Charity Day’ on August Bank Holiday Monday for 🥳

Overall we raised £1,260 from both Hire & Raffle Tickets, and we would like to give a massive shoutout to everyone that got involved in our fundraising event!

As well as doing a shoutout to our customers, we wanted to say a huge thank you to the below local businesses for donating some incredible prizes:

We will be open from midday today and we have our fingers crossed for some beautiful sunshine & calm seas today, hopefully some birthday luck will come our way with the weather!

We have been awarded the Travellers’ Choice Award 2025 🥳

It has been a very busy July with the start of the Summer Holidays and we couldn’t be more grateful for the continued support & lovely reviews of Sea Explorers!

The sun is finally out & the rain seems to have eased, so if you fancy some time out on the water or a fun day on the beach then we are open until 5pm 🌊

Happy Friday & Happy start of the “Summer” Holidays for many of you 🥳

We have made a slight update to our 2025 prices as we move into the school holidays, so that we can offer you as much time on the water as possible at a discounted rate!

Updated Prices:
• Single Kayak: £15 for 1 Hour or £24 for 2 Hours
• Double Kayak: £20 for 1 Hour or £30 for 2 Hours

The weather is looking good this weekend, so providing that the sea stays relatively calm & the wind speed doesn’t pick up, then we will be open for another fun weekend at the beach ☀️

Another Cornish heatwave and we are thoroughly enjoying the sunshine this week ☀️

We will be closed for hire for the full day of Friday 11th July and the morning of Saturday 12th July due to the passing of a family member & the consequential funeral, however our Beach Shop will be open!

If you would like to book one of our a ‘Sunset Sessions’ for Saturday 12th July from 2pm onwards, then please pop into our Beach Shop and speak with Martin 🛶

In Collaboration with “Sip n Slice”: Sunset Sessions - Coming Soon 🌅

We will be offering an evening session for Paddle Boarding & Kayaking on Saturday 12th July from 2pm - Late, along with a later close for our Beach Shop!

There will also be Cocktails/Mocktails & Pizza being served by “Sip n Slice”, so when you are tired from being on the water, why not treat yourself at Millendreath Bar🍹

We are open from 10:30am-5:00pm today, however we are planning to be closed tomorrow due to some heavy rain which will likely mean very stormy seas!
