✨New Late Availability at The Long Barn week commencing 8th May 2026! ✨

Spring on the North Cornwall coast is a breathtakingly beautiful time of year to visit and so much quieter than during the high Summer season.

Due to an unforeseen change of booking dates from some of our guests, we now have week commencing 8th May available for rental at our beautiful holiday home.

Situated just 1.5 miles outside Padstow and only a 6 minute drive from the nearest of many breathtaking Atlantic beaches in the area, this is the perfect location and time of year to have a fabulous Cornish holiday experience.

Whether you want a super-relaxed or super-active break, or somewhere in between, you’ll be spoiled for choice with what’s on offer in this area and at our home-away-from-home, The Long Barn.

LATE AVAILABILITY FOR AUGUST & SEPTEMBER 2025!!!

If you haven't yet booked your Summer holiday and the stunning Atlantic Coast of Cornwall is calling to you, we have 2 weeks new availability at The Long Barn in late August and early September:

Friday 22nd to 29th August

Friday 5th to 12th September

Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms and upto 2 doggies are very welcome too!
Nestled in a pretty country hamlet yet less than 2 miles from the harbour town of Padstow and the beautiful Camel Estuary, the Long Barn is, in our opinion, the perfect base for creating wonderful holiday memories with family & friends. We hope you'll agree 🙂
Within a few minutes drive (the nearest only 6 minutes away) are 7 fabulous golden sandy bays, with great facilities to make fun-packed days at the beach varied, easy & stress-free for everyone.
This part of Cornwall is also a food-lover's paradise and you'll be spoilt for choice with the vast range of eateries on offer whether casual or fine dining is more your thing (or somewhere in between ;))

Taking advantage of the early spring holidays with a week at The Long Barn.
We’ve been blessed with some glorious weather.
Today we stayed local, parking at Trevose Head and walking from Constantine to Treyarnon Bay finishing off at Trevone Bay Beach Bar.

Showcasing Porthcothan Bay in early March, one of the stunning Seven Bay beaches within a few minutes’ drive of the Long Barn. Images taken on my iPhone on the morning of 7th March 2025.
This beach is one of our personal favourites for its unspoiled natural beauty - we love spending time chilling, walking and bodyboarding here all year round. It’s dog-friendly and has lifeguard presence from April until late October. Toilets are located across the road in the carpark.

There’s a lovely beach shop open from April until early November selling a good selection of hot & cold sweet & savoury foods, drinks, alcoholic beverages & soft drinks 🍻🍷& a wide selection of locally made ice-cream flavours🍨 😋

There are caves and rock pools to explore and enjoy when the tide is further out - I’ve added a few images taken last September and June
