Semi detached holiday cottage in the peaceful hamlet of Beck Hole, close to Goathland. Ideally situated for walkers, hikers, cyclists and steam train enthusiasts (The North Yorkshire Moors railway). Beck Hole is very picturesque with one of the smallest pubs in the UK, a delightful beck running alongside the pubs beer garden and plenty of wildlife and fauna to see. There are several different wal

ks which take in the beautiful landscape, the history of the area and the stunning Mallayan Spout Waterfall. The 'Rail Trail ' walk from Goathland to Grosmont is a circular walk along George Stephenson's original railway line of 1836. Walking guide books are available to borrow from the cottage. York 50 minutes drive, Whitby 15 minutes drive, Scarborough 40 minutes
Free Wi-Fi. All Rooms are ensuite. Families are welcome (Travel cot and Highchair available on request) No Smoking inside the cottage, but you may smoke in the garden area. Well behaved dogs welcome. 7 days, long weekend, mid week and Bed & Breakfast stays subject to availability. Please note: there are steps within the property.
