Introducing the star of our fleet ... of two ... Bella. Our lovely Willerby Aspen on Walsh's Holiday Park ... which is a quiet 4-star family-run site between Skegness and Ingoldmells.
On site there's a laundry, amusement arcade and an excellent chippy, which is more than your average chippy. They do breakfasts and Sunday dinners ... book those on Saturday to avoid disappointment.
It's only a five minute walk to the local shops and another five minutes to the beach.
Buses pass the site regularly to Skegness, Ingoldmells, Fantasy Island and beyond.
So ... if you want a touch of luxury and class - think Hyacinth and Richard Bucket - this is the holiday home for you. Placed in a lovely, quiet part of the holiday park, nowhere near riff-raff neighbours ... like me, him and her - think Daisy, Onslow and Rose - safely miles away on row Q 😉
But if you do want a slightly cheaper holiday - in an equally spacious caravan - with a giggle and guaranteed friendly neighbours, check out our Betty's Beehive.
Early or late season holidays are not an issue. Bella is fully central heated and double glazed, so warm and cozy when it's cold outside. And if it's hot in summer - it does occasionally happen - switch on the ceiling fan to cool down.
Beautiful Bella has a bright cats and dogs theme ... because we all love our pets, right. Being somewhat more luxurious than our cheerful, sunshine and Bee themed Betty, she only sleeps up to four guests in two nice sized, comfortable bedrooms ... with an en-suite loo in the master bedroom.
Essential things included:
Smart TV and free WiFi.
Games, books and puzzles for those rainy days.
Bed linen is included. If you're bringing your own, you'll need king size for the master bedroom. You can have two singles in the second bedroom or a double if you push the beds together. Just let us know your preference.
There's a fully equipped kitchen in case you want to do any master-cheffing, and a large fridge - for all your ingredients - with a convenient wine rack for whoever isn't showing off their culinary skills. Seriously though ... who wants to cook on holiday? But there is still a wine rack in the fridge 😉
There's a gated side balcony leading to the large veranda at the back of the caravan ... overlooking the play area. Okay, it's overlooking a patch of grass. But you can sit out there and watch the children playing ... without spilling your chilled wine. Did I mention the wine rack in the fridge?
All family members are welcome. So dogs and/or cats ... you can bring your hoomans with you ... for tin/sachet opening, walkies and poo bag duties.
