„ქისტური კრაფტი“ პანკისის ხეობაში მდებარე საწარმოა, რომელმაც ძველი ტრადიცია აღადგინა და ველური კენკრისგან უნიკალური უალკოჰოლო ლუდის წარმოება დაიწყო. ასკილისა და შავი კუნელის ნაყოფისგან დამზადებული სასმელი აერთიანებს ავთენტურ რეცეპტებსა და თანამედროვე წარმოების ეკოლოგიურ სტანდარტებს.

საწარმოს საქმიანობა ეფუძნება ცირკულარულ ბიზნესმოდელს, რომლის ფარგლებშიც მინის ბოთლების დაბრუნებისა და ხელახალი გამოყენების ეფექტიანი სისტემაა დანერგილი. პარტნიორი ობიექტებიდან შეგროვებული ცარიელი ბოთლები თერმულად ირეცხება, დეზინფიცირდება და პროდუქტით ხელახლა ივსება. „ქისტური კრაფტის“ მდგრადი მიდგომა მნიშვნელოვნად ამცირებს ერთჯერადი შეფუთვის მოხმარებას და ახანგრძლივებს მასალის სიცოცხლის ციკლს, რაც ნარჩენების პრევენციას განაპირობებს.

”Kisturi Craft” is a production facility located in the Pankisi Gorge that has revived an old tradition and produces a unique non-alcoholic beer made from wild berries. The beverage, crafted from rosehip and blackthorn fruits, combines authentic recipes with modern ecological standards of production.

The enterprise operates on a circular business model, implementing an efficient system for the return and reuse of glass bottles. Empty bottles collected from partner establishments are thermally washed, disinfected, and then refilled with the product. The sustainable approach adopted by „Kisturi Craft” significantly reduces the use of single-use packaging and extends the material’s life cycle, thereby contributing to waste prevention.
