WORK WITH US!
Starting in April, we’re looking for:
• Head Chef
• Housekeeper
• Maintenance & Procurement Manager
• Content Creator
All positions are full-time and include salary, accommodation, and meals.
Head Chef — someone who can organize daily three-meal service for 30–70 people, as well as banquets.
You’ll be cooking lunches and dinners together with assistant cooks, planning weekly menus based on seasonal ingredients, preparing shopping lists 1–2 times per week, and overseeing proper storage and shelf life of products.
Housekeeper — communicates with guests and maintains cleanliness and order in the large communal house, which is the heart of both the hotel and the village.
It includes a living room and kitchen, where a buffet is served three times a day. This role is for a sociable person with good spoken English who appreciates coziness and beauty.
Maintenance & Procurement Manager — keeps track of household tasks, handles minor repairs or finds contractors, and manages procurement.
1–2 times per week, you’ll purchase food supplies, household goods, and occasionally building materials. All purchases are recorded in spreadsheets. This role requires a responsible, organized person with their own car (our truck can be used for larger items).
Content Creator — takes photos and videos and posts them across various platforms.
