Paddy's Hotel & Apartments Welcomes Students for On-the-Job Training
Paddy's Hotel & Apartments is proud to welcome on-board students from Kwikila Vocational Centre, Keakalo Vocational Centre, and Sangara Technical Secondary School who are currently undertaking their On-the-Job Training (OJT) programme with us.
As part of their practical training, students have been placed across various departments within the hotel, where they are gaining hands-on experience in a real working environment. The programme provides valuable opportunities for students to apply the knowledge and skills they have learned in the classroom while developing a deeper understanding of workplace expectations, professionalism, and customer service.
Throughout their attachment, students will work alongside experienced staff members and receive guidance in areas such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Administration, and other operational departments. This exposure enables them to build confidence, enhance their technical skills, and prepare for future employment opportunities within the hospitality and tourism industry.
