➢When I heard that .sidiropoulos_ _ -the chef I met two years ago at - had taken over the restaurant at , I knew I had to visit.
And stepping inside… I was already impressed.
The building itself is a beautifully restored neoclassical, with a presence that instantly transports you. Set in Agia Irini, it creates the most unexpected contrast, you leave behind the buzz of the city and suddenly find yourself somewhere quieter, almost like stepping into another era.
But what makes truly special is the feeling.
Yes, it’s fine dining, but without the stiffness. You sit comfortably, with soft music and beautifully crafted cocktails, while the kitchen is open, alive. You watch the process, the attention, and even the chef himself stepping out to guide you through each dish.
There’s an à la carte option, but the tasting menus are where it all comes together.
The flavors feel familiar, almost nostalgic, deeply rooted in Greek cuisine, yet elevated through technique, precision, and clarity. Nothing is heavy, nothing is forced. Just clean, thoughtful dishes that quietly stay with you.
And the desserts by ? The perfect ending.
Upstairs, the experience continues with the 14 suites, and even if you’re not staying, breakfast is served à la carte, another beautifully curated moment worth returning for.
This is not just a dinner. It’s a transition, from the city into something slower, more intentional.
And honestly… I’ll be back.
