Some of our favourite holiday memories happen around a kitchen.
Preparing breakfast before everyone wakes up.
Cutting fresh fruit after a swim.
Opening a bottle of w**e while dinner is still in the oven.
Gathering around the counter with no particular plan for the evening.
We designed this space to feel less like a holiday rental and more like a home.
Because that’s exactly what it once was.

There’s more to Halkidiki than the places you already know.
And Aristotle's Paths travel agency, P. Markogiannaki is a lovely way to discover some of it, through the history, landscapes and traditions that belong to this part of Greece.
At Aristotle’s Park in Stageira, you can get a little closer to the ideas and work of Aristotle. Ammouliani’s Route takes you around the island, its history, architecture and local traditions. Inland, the Route of Varvara’s Waterfalls follows a path through the forest, running water and local mythology. And with Blue & Green Stories, you head out to sea to see Ancient Stageira, Aristotle’s birthplace, and the coastline around Olympiada from the water.
All quite different. All worth leaving the villa for.

Long before it welcomed guests, Pnoe was a family home.
It was a place of shared meals, celebrations, slow weekends and summers spent together. When the time came to restore it, our goal wasn’t simply to renovate a house; it was to preserve everything that made it feel like one.
Today, Pnoe welcomes new stories while holding on to its own.
We hope that, for however many days you stay, it feels less like renting a villa and more like being invited into a home that was always meant to be shared.
