Long before it welcomed guests, Pnoe was a family home.
It was a place of shared meals, celebrations, slow weekends and summers spent together. When the time came to restore it, our goal wasn’t simply to renovate a house; it was to preserve everything that made it feel like one.
Today, Pnoe welcomes new stories while holding on to its own.
We hope that, for however many days you stay, it feels less like renting a villa and more like being invited into a home that was always meant to be shared.

Every guest experiences the pool a little differently.

For some it’s the first swim.
For others it’s unpacking their suitcase.
For us, it’s putting on the robe, opening the windows, and realizing there is nowhere else to be.

One of the things we love most about Halkidiki that you don’t have to settle for just one beach.
Some days call for a quiet cove with crystal-clear water. Others are made for long stretches of sand, a good book and an afternoon that slowly turns into sunset.
Wherever you decide to spend the day, one thing stays the same: you’ll always come back to the peace and privacy of Pnoe.
