HOTEL
At Apolis Beachscape Hotel our main priority has always been the satisfaction and well being of our guests. Under the new circumstances that have come upon us we increased public health protection for both our staff and guests. In addition we will be operating our hotel according to the guidelines of the World Health Organization as well as Greek Health Authorities. The hotel has an affiliated doctor and two rooms for isolation in case an incident occurs.

STAFF
• Each staff member is provided with personal protective equipment (masks, gloves)
• All staff members have been educated according to the protocols and safety measures for Covid 19.

RECEPTION
• A the front desk the floor is marked to manage the distance between guests 2 meters apart.
Occasionaly and if possible all arrivals will be checked in outdoors.
• Sanitizers are available in all spaces
• Medical Kit is available upon request and includes gloves, masks, sanitizer, cleaning wipes, apron, sterilized long-sleeved robe, laser thermometer
• A designated staff member is obliged to follow the necessary Hygiene measures and keep the appropriate distance from costumers
• Use of touchless payments are available in all areas of the hotel
• New check out time: 11:00 AM MAX, New Check in time: 15:00 (the latest)

BREAKFAST - RESTAURANT – BAR

• Menu is a la carte with one use menus
• All the tables will have antiseptic cleaning wipes
• Distances between tables
• Breakfast will be served in our outdoor seating area by waiters instead of buffet to ensure social distancing and prohibit gatherings indoor

ROOMS
• Every room has its own separate entrance
• In every room you will find masks, antiseptic gel & antiseptic cleaning wipes
• Tv and air conditioner controls have disposable covers
• Cleaning, bed linen and towel service will be upon request of the guests
• No guests are allowed in rooms and in indoor hotel facilities other than our hotel guests. Visitors are allowed strictly in outdoor areas and have to ensure social distancing measures

SWIMMING POOL
• Distance 5 square meters between each person inside the pool
• Two meters in each direction distance between the sunbeds
• All seats and tables will be disinfected after a guest leaves and before use of another guest
• Sun bed covers will be also available

GYM
The gym will remain closed for this season
