Villa the Art is a family estate on the Peloponnese, Greece. The estate consists of two houses and two apartments in a lush garden of five acres. It contains several small fountains, a swimmingpool, well equiped kitchens and is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Suitable for two to sixteen people. Ideal for a large family of group of friends. The estate is situated on an idyllic location ov

erlooking the Gulf of Messinia, the quiet beach Kay's only a few hundred meters away. The Venetian fishing village of Koroni, with its lively promenade and Greek taverns is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. The estate is set up with care for privacy. Small hidden seating areas, a cozy corner by the pool. There are also meeting places: the main square with a fountain in the shade of mulberry trees, large terraces with marble dining tables and an outdoor movie theater where you can watch movies at night or international TV. All seven bedrooms have airconditioning.
