Well the time has come to move on and say goodbye to you all.
After being on the Island since 2006 we have taken the decision to sell and pursue new adventures.
We’re still going to visit the island,and still drive down to Kefalonia. Maybe not as often as we have done,but the time driving now will be relaxation holiday and not involve business.
Thank you all for the support you’ve given us over the years.

Today’s task,remove and fit new mixer tap mechanism. The old one was furred up with scale and leaking.
The inside had to be destroyed to remove.
All new workings refitted with a little Vaseline this time to assist any future removal.

Ongoing work today,strimming the lane and parking area for the 2 bedroom Villa Ourania,and new induction hob fitted by our great mate Mr Keith.
Big thanks also to David Ansell for letting me bring the jig saw.
Obviously carried out by Keith as I’m not fit to be let out near anything without a steering wheel being involved. Strimmer is ok as it has handlebars 😂

Early start this morning from Palanzo Como to catch the overnight ferry from Ancona to Igoumenitsa. Tomorrow brings a 2.5 hour drive to Lefkada /Vasiliki for the ferry to kefalonia,arriving around 18-00 tomorrow. A 6 day journey in all taking our time this year. 😎👌
