Two master ensuite bedrooms can be found on the ground floor. The 3500 sq. outdoor area is simply stunning. Lush grassed lawns are dotted with trees and plants while impressive palm trees line the bay below adding yet another tropical note. With its vast outdoor area and plenty of seating, one can enjoy independence when desired but also take part in relaxing in the spa, being active on a SUP board or running around the grassed lawn with a football. - 55 m2 private swimming pool (1,5 - 2,5m depth) with ladder access.The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge, upon request. The pool area is equipped with deluxe sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower.
- Outdoor spa area with a 4 seater hot tub, wooden sauna, an extra shower plus a relaxing sitting area with view of the palm trees and the sea.
- Comfortable outdoor seating area and dining table for 10 under the pergola will offer you an unforgettable alfresco dining experience.
- Broil King gas barbecue and outdoor sink will allow you to prepare your homemade meals
- Snorkelling equipment and 2 SUP boards (which can also be transformed as canoes) are also available free of charge.
- The ping pong table and football nets will keep our young guests entertained. The large lawned gardens are also ideal for the children to play.
- 8m rib boat available for hire at an extra charge (with skipper)
- Sunbeds for the beach area are also provided for our guests.
- Boat dock at the beach with a seaside seating area under the shade in which to while away the hours. Because of the villa’s location and private dock, it is very easy to arrange any private boat trip to depart directly from the villa’s dock. Furthermore private diving lessons or private water sports can be arranged to take place at the villa’s beach (with an additional fee)
The villa driveway provides space for 4 cars to park inside the grounds and, if necessary, more outside the grounds.
