Today, Corfu celebrates Agios Spyridon, the island’s beloved patron saint, a protector whose presence is deeply cherished by locals. It’s one of the most meaningful days of the year, and the Old Town fills with a truly magical atmosphere where faith, history, and community come together beautifully.

⛪ A Tradition Filled With Wonder
The silver relics of St Spyridon are carried through the town in a centuries-old procession, accompanied by Corfu’s iconic philharmonic bands. Their music echoes through the streets, creating an emotional and unforgettable moment, a true highlight for anyone fortunate enough to experience it.

Good morning beautiful people, kalimera, and happy new month! 🌸

Yesterday evening I shared a video on my personal account (Vassia Loliart on Facebook) regarding a review that was, unfortunately, misleading. The guests made claims that do not reflect reality. I won’t go into further details.. the video speaks clearly for itself. For quality reasons, the video is only available on my personal account and whoever wishes to watch it may simply send me a friend request on my personal account, which is always open to all my guests. Because for me, true hospitality means personal communication and building a direct, genuine connection. 💙

Normally, I would not focus on negativity. But here we speak about something very important: my honor and my reputation, both as a person and as a host. For 15 years, I have welcomed guests with love, respect, and passion. And I will continue to do so, because this is who I am. 🌿
