A year has nearly passed since our last post, needless to tell you all why !!
Covid-19 is and has been an uninvited and unexpected guest all around the world, limiting travels, meetings etc.
However, feeling hopeful for 2021, spring is already in the air here : mimosa and almond trees flowering, beautiful blue skies, birds making nests all over our house …. , so, we would like to share with you some news, some pictures of the few meals we were able to prepare last season.

The big news is that our small team of 2 has now become a team of 3 : Jeremy being home after 2 years in Australia.
As a traveller and a wine enthusiast ( with under his belt a WSET3 ) we now also offer wine tastings, visits to jewel-vineyards, fine wines with our meals.

As all restaurants and bars are closed we are also offering Saturday and Sunday lunches for small groups ( max 6 people ), respecting all Covid related measures.

An extra activity we are doing end of March is serving British food to Laura's students. They are all very French when it comes to food, so it will be fun to see & hear the reactions to an all British Menu.

Hello lovely people,

Some updates :

1. cooking classes :
we have now worked out two classes :

- cooking with spices made easier - duration 3 hours

- cooking Provencal & Gourmet - duration 5 hours

Both classes can be booked via Airbnb experiences or directly with us via WhatsApp +852 5372 1743

2. Yoga retreat :
First trial week is in May and already fully booked.
Nina Verhelst will lead the classes, while I'll do the vegetarian cooking !!
Will post pictures when available.

3.Bed & Breakfast :
May weekends are all nearly fully booked, some in June too,
exciting !!

Over the years many many many people have stayed in Roquevaire and spent their holiday's here, sat at the table with us, shared meals and fun.
Cooking was always a huge part of the day, as preparing meals for 6 to 20/25 people takes time.....
