PMU與現時市場上替代塑膠物料的分別

- PMU的主要成份為碳酸鈣，是一種天然無機材料。PMU焚燒後所殘留的微顆粒含量極低，幾乎可以說是一種無毒無二噁英 (VOC) 排放的塑膠替代品。

- 現時市面上主要有三種替代性塑膠物料，分別為:
- PLA (糧食提煉), PBAT (石油機原料提煉)及PHA (植物油和糖為主要原料)均會在燃燒時產生高於EPA標準中規定的高度關注水平。

1. 替代塑膠新物料 - PMU
- PMU是什麼: PMU 是由TENET GREEN 推出的環保生物降解材料。
- PMU物料可塑性高，可以完全代替塑膠，而且PMU的製成品經認可的測試報告証實對大腸桿菌(ATCC 8739)、金黃色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538P，10231)、肺炎克雷伯氏菌(ATCC 4352)等等擁有比塑膠更好的抗菌能力，其中大腸桿菌(ATCC 8739)的抗菌率更達到84%。
