In celebration of our AI In-Stay Digital Compendium going live at the Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel in Hong Kong, I met with Christina and her team and received great feedback that our AI platform is now an interactive replacement for the traditional paper guest directory. Their guests can easily access it by scanning a QR code upon check-in, putting everything a guest needs right on their smartphone.

Texture: Silky, tender, crispy, crunchy, melt-in-the-mouth, delicate, and pleasantly chewy (in a good way, like for noodles).

Witnessing innovation firsthand can be truly inspiring. Yesterday, I visited a shopping mall in Shenzhen, China, where I encountered incredible robots at a shop & they are taking pre-orders for them for domestic use.

These advancements suggest that it won't be long before we see robots in hotels, particularly in housekeeping and back-of-house roles, handling tasks that are often less appealing for humans, such as cleaning rooms. I can very much see Myma.ai the physical robots working hand and hand together in the future.

The future of automation is here, and it's fascinating to see how technology is evolving. Winnie Chui
