Pan fried garlic salmon with noodles. Good value with unexpectedly good quality. The fish itself is not oily at all despite being pan fried. Sauce is sour mixed with sweetness.

Lots of chopped veggies including carrot, cucumbers, cabbage, and white carrots. Quite a fresh one with the sour and sweet sauce. The portion of rice vermicelli is incredibly so much lol. The shredded chicken has been slightly seasoned.

Remember it's better when we last visited last year or so. Let alone the toppings, which are very little in portion, the soup base is salty to the max. We literally need to pair a mouthful of water for each bites. Overall not pricey and worth it? Um we doubt it.

This one looks mediocre but turned out give us the most surprise. First the slightly overcooked rice is so crispy at the bottom, with just the right amount of timing; second the ribs are very tender with more-than-expected portion. The sausage is so-so.

This belongs to one of the chef Recommendations for the tapas. We expected it to be like those classic wine Preserved chicken. But this one is better in terms of its texture. I wouldn't say the sauce is particularly outstanding, but the chicken itself stands out😂 And its De-boned!

We have asked for the non-spicy version and it's super nice. I have to say it's better than my homemade version of the same noodles of this brand. I'm not a chef - not even an amateur one lol. Love the Minced Pork is not fatty, quite slim instead. The chopped peanuts is the classic topping.

Here are two other flavours: Chinese Ham Mooncake with Nuts and Red Bean Paste Mooncake with Dried Citrus Peel.

The Chinese Ham one has added the premium ham to bring out an extra layer of meaty and juicy flavour; whereas the Citrus Peel one has filled with a hint of red bean that is delicate, delicious and not too sweet.

Very smooth and am sure it's freshly made. Great pairing with the Soy sauce which brought out the flavour of the chewy prawns - tho comes in quite a small size, I mean being chopped too much. Pricey? Um yea but worth it.
