We always joked about how funny it would be to bring our HOLY renaissance straight to the Italians, and you know what? It's happening.

For two nights only, at the invitation of a brave we're spreading the HOLY word to the Italian riviera 🕊️

From HK pandemic cravings circa 2020, we're making our first pilgrimage back to the land where la bella vita was born and showing the Italians we do it better 😉

We’ve definitely toyed with the idea over the last year or two, and we couldn’t have found a better partner to finally unveil this pure matcha goodness with!

A spiked limoncello filling paired with dehydrated basil make this adult-friendly concoction

Well we definitely missed you! That’s why we’ve teamed up with in celebration of Art Basel] HK to recreate one iconic piece of art debuting at M+, Museum of Visual Culture] today

Introducing “The Banana” inspired by fellow countryman ’s “Il Comico” 🍌

We thought just banana would be a bit much, so we’ve added a dash of pina colada to the mix

We’ve filled it with banana chantilly, rum caramel and an edible coconut ‘tape’ for a refreshing summer bite

When life throws you a banana, sell it for big $$$; when life throws you a cannoli, stick it on the wall 😂

It seems like none of you had any idea what that thing was in our story 😂

So let’s cut to the chase, it all started when .chocolate.lady.hk brought us a selection to taste and we were introduced to

These chocolatiers dreamt of a mind-blowing flavour pairing that could only be from Thailand: Salted. Tamarind.

What does that taste like? It was a complex bar of spicy, sour, salty and fruity dark chocolate 🤯

We love to create creative (read: crazy) flavours but these guys made something unforgettable that was glued in our minds for one. whole. year.

It’s something really so delicious that we just had to share it

So, what was that thing Marco was playing with?? It’s a spiced and salted tamarind caramel canonised in our cannoli with 100% Thai Chanthaburi dark chocolate
