For more than 29 years 🎉🍾 Art Shop "Čarobnjak" has been a place where unique, handmade ceramic souvenirs and works of art are created. Behind this distinctive family story are Čazo and Nena, who, with their knowledge, creativity, and love for creation, have been delighting visitors for decades.
Čazo, a master ceramicist, is skilled in numerous ceramic techniques – from artistic and souvenir ceramics to functional ceramics fired at temperatures of up to 1350 °C. In his work, he uses only natural materials such as clay, minerals, and pigments, and each piece goes through several stages of shaping, drying, glazing, and firing in order to achieve its durability and unique appearance. His work is marked by top quality, authenticity, and continuous improvement, which is why many customers have been returning to Art Shop Čarobnjak for more than 25 years, correctly 30 years 🍾
Nena is an indispensable part of every story that is created in the workshop. It is often she who shapes the initial forms, after which she and Čazo patiently complete each piece through a series of demanding stages – from refinement and glazing to final firings. Sometimes it takes weeks, even months, for a single piece to be fully completed and ready to find its owner.
In addition to ceramics, Nena also creates unique jewelry, and she expresses her creativity through poetry. Her poems, filled with strong emotions, are born from her love of writing and may one day be published in her own collection.
Čazo also shares his love for ceramics through professional workshops and the educational program “Ceramic Education by ČČM,” which has been attended by participants from Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia, including ceramics teachers and academic artists.
In Čarobnjak, every object carries its own story – a story of dedicated handmade work, patience, knowledge, and love for creation. That is why every souvenir is unique, just like the memory it carries with it.
