Canoe safari on Trebizat river.
Located in beautiful Hercegovina, only 30 minutes from the Sunrise apartment, canoe safari offers you a mix of relaxation in nature, adrenaline, sports and domestic food of high quality.
Trip length is 12 km and starts at Bozjak and ends in Struge. If it seems a little bit much for you do not worry, canoe safari includes lunch stop (2-3 h) at half of the trip, and you can also ask your guide to stop at certain points of trip so you can rest, swim or just enjoy the environment.
Offer includes complete canoe gear, insurance, canoe guide, lunch stop (traditional meals, domestic fruit and salads, vegan and vegetarian options, 1 drink per person), sports (volleyball, badminton, darts).
Price is 70KM (around 38€) per person.

THE MOUTH OF THE NERETVA RIVER.
Placed between city of Ploče and Opuzen.
Sunny, sand beach and warm, shallow water is probably one of the favorite choices for families with children. Although there is no shade directly casted at the beach there is pine forest couple of meters far so you can enjoy in resting or camping for several days, as many tourists do.
Main activities at the mouth of the Neretva river are camping and kitesurfing. For kitesurfing we recommend services from “Kiteboarding Komin Neretva” (https://www.kiteboarding-komin-neretva.com/).
Furthermore, the mouth of the Neretva river is suitable place for gastronomers. Most famous food of this part of the country is eel, which can be served in several different ways: skewer made, grill or red soup. Other traditional meals to enjoy in are frogs, wild ducks and fulica atra (eurasian coot).

BACINA LAKES or QUEEN TEUTA'S PEARLS.
Bacina lakes are located only 2 km from the apartment.
There are total 7 lakes of which 6 are connected and can be reached from one to another.
Mix of water, greenery, trees, animals (some of them endemic) and overall flora and fauna is quite peaceful and relaxing. Bacina lakes are freshwater and therefore warmer than sea so they are perfect swimming place for families with kids and those who don’t prefer cold waters.

Some of the main activities you can enjoy within Bacina lakes are kayaking, hiking, cycling, paddle surfing and for those who prefer less tiring activities there is excursion with traditional boat “Lađa”.
The easiest way to explore Bacina lakes is renting a bike, kayak or trip with “Lađa” since there are no roads suitable for cars.

This is our most favourite beach.🌊
There is a playground for the kids and a volleyball court for the teens and grown ups. 🤸‍♀️When the sun shines too strong, you can cool yourself down with great Beers or tasty Limonades in the Coffee Bar.🍻🍹
Also you can enjoy a one kilometer walk from the beach to the city center. The promenade leads along the sea coast, it gives you relaxation and let's you escape from everyday life.🏖
Apartment sunrise is well located, in the first building right next to the beach.
