The Space
The original 19th century restored stone house, placed in a romantic village Kuciste, in a channel between peninsula Peljesac and island of Korcula, Viganj county. Place was built bay one old capitain for him and his family.

Walls are 1m thick and there is awesome fresh air inside always, no need for air con, but we have one.

Most important thing about this house is that I have combined my property management agent business with my hobby and love for restoration of old quality furniture and interior design. I actually made this house for my pleasure and I am renting it just because I can’t spend all the time in it because of my work. Main idea in restoring this house was to make an awesome & inspiring place for a true bon vivant. :)

The place consists of a ground floor, 1st floor and a high attic studio, that can take 2 to 4 persons.
Ground floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room and a little bedroom for 1 person. 1st floor consists of a hallway with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace balcony, which overviews the channel and island of Korcula. Stairs take you into the 45m2 attic studio that is just an awesome place to be in, because of the view of the channel, island and city of Korcula. I built this studio to be spacious, well isolated and with beautiful sea view, lights with adjustable brightness, big bed and as little as possible furniture.

Besides the beautiful view from the terrace and upper windows, the terrace is an awesome place for group dining and chill-axing.

House is made out of stone, wood and natural materials for inside living. You have a fully functional kitchen with everything that you need and the whole home is air-conditioned. It is filled with books so feel free to check them out.

In a separate unit there’s a large indoor barbecue and dining area for more than 10 people, and we can also make a gentleman's agreement on usage because I own 2 properties in the same wall line.

Goal is to rent the place to groups from 6 to 12 people, but since we are starting to air bnb the place, feel free to contact us for all custom made offers for more or less people, because we own a few more properties in the street.

Optimum number is 6-7 persons.
Area is awesome for hiking, kite&wind surfing, bicycle,mountain biking, rollerblading, kayaking...
Entrance to famous hiking path sv. Ilija is on the doorstep.
