The 19th World Sudoku Championship has begun and will be contested over 16 rounds.

Tantan Dai will be defending her individual world title. All of last year's top 10 are here in this stacked field. Team China 🇨🇳 is looking to do the same with their team title.
Can Japan 🇯🇵, USA 🇺🇸 or Germany 🇩🇪 stop them?

Over 200 solvers from 35 countries will start two epic adventures, themed around the legends of Mahabharat and Ramayan, as we open the 19th World Sudoku and 33rd World Puzzle Championship! 🇮🇳

Next week, 180 participants from 32 countries will be heading to Kolkata, India for the 2026 World Sudoku and Puzzle Championships, organised by Logic Masters India! 🇮🇳

The 2026 World Junior Sudoku Championship is being held in Beijing, China, this weekend.
There are individual competitions across U8, U10, U12, U15, U18, U23 age groups, Open and team competitions.

The organisers have also arranged many puzzle activities and city tours for the children and parents after the competition. ✏️
