On March 29, three ministries signed the Joint Circular (SEB) that activates KBLI 2025 the new classification system every PT PMA in Indonesia now runs on.

Here's what changed:
→ 1,963 codes were added. 847 retired.
→ Villa rental moves from 55193 to 55203. Same definition. New code.
→ Catch all digital codes are gone. E-commerce, web portals, SaaS all reclassified.
→ Old permits are grandfathered. Until they're not.

If you incorporated before March 29: you have until June 18 to sync your OSS profile.
If you're incorporating now: your notary drafts under KBLI 2025 directly. No transition.

Either way a wrong code means an unregistered company.

Now it's the denominator of your entire fiscal profile.
