One Eleven Resorts A curated collection of luxury villas in Bali. Discover One Eleven Retreat and One Eleven Haven — where privacy, design, and tranquility meet in Seminyak.

Nestled in the midst of Seminyak, Bali and a million pots of flora are 9 villas like no other. The architects and interior designers behind One Eleven were Interior Architect Shigemasa- noi and Mr Naoya Matsumoto. This collaboration of these two famed Architects, both known for the ability to convey simplicity, not just through aesthetic values but are also able to introduce the inner qualities of materials in a design philosophy that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. One Eleven minimalist approach with a Japanese feel is strongly present in the villa's and public areas providing a generous space with a simple but imaginative landscaping. This is evident as time stands still in the generous space of 350 sqm of villa with a 14 meter long pool and a 35 sqm spa gazebo each on a sprawling 5000sqm property. Merging the value of empty spaces and the quality and respect of the elements, One Eleven brings together the exterior and interior by removing all unnecessary walls and replacing this with floor-to ceiling glass in the bedroom and bathroom. Also respecting the purity of the interior, strategically placed lighting, furnishing designed by Accupunto with its Red Dot design award winning acupressure collection that molds onto the curves of one and a state-of-the art audio sound system are kept to the minimum but serves its purpose in providing understated luxury. One Eleven emphasizes the unity of the surroundings to your private sanctuary both at rest and at play, thus creating a sense of wholeness and a venue for a perfect vacation.
