Last Friday, we embarked on a delightful culinary journey at Veritas Wine Room, where an exclusive six-course wine pairing dinner unfolded.

Curated by the talented sommelier Mr. Nyoman Adnyana, each course was beautifully complemented by exquisite Domain D'Aussiere wines, expertly matched with dishes crafted by Chef Stefan Thietz from Karma Kandara. We just wrapped up an unforgettable weekend with ex-Wallaby Sevens and Olympic gold medal-winning coach Tim Walsh, and wow, what a journey it was!

From the moment we gathered at Schooners Sports Bar to witness the rugby match Live on the big screen, the excitement was palpable. The atmosphere was electric as we cheered on our teams, but that was just the beginning. Our days were filled with rugby activities on the breathtaking Karma Beach Bali, where both kids and adults honed their skills alongside Tim.

The intimate Q&A dinners were a highlight, allowing us to dive deep into Tim's incredible journey and share laughs and stories with fellow rugby enthusiasts. And who could forget the iconic Stairway to Heaven challenge? It was a true test of grit and teamwork!
