This new build villa offers you a tropical design with quality materials on a 7 are spot. It has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, having inside and outside shower. The master bedroom has a large bath-tube. All rooms are facing rice-fields. The 14 x 5 meter swimming pool is surrounded by a huge pooldeck. It has a separate office, living area, dining area and kitchen. There is another air-conditionned room you can use for your own purpose. It has a storage dived in an open and lockable part. This villa has a 2 bedroom separate staff area, security box and parking area.The villa already has 2 staff members, who take care of 6 days cleaning in a week. We provide a 7200 watt electricity meter. The villa has a solar water heather and LED lighting, so electricity consumption is quiet low. Parking area has a camera system. Enjoy the luxury of Villa Dilapan in this tropical hidden place in the residential area of Canggu. Open for long term rental.
