Setujukan Anda jika pelamar yang sudah melakukan interview di berikan informasi mengenai status lolos dan tidaknya lewat telepon / email ?

Ada yang tanya,
Pak.. CV via email biasanya dibaca rekruter gak sih?

Jawab:

Mungkin supaya lebih meyakinkan rekruter supaya dibaca duluan misalnya..
1. Pastikan alamat email anda profesional
misal: menggunakan nama anda "[email protected]"
hindari "[email protected]"

2. Pastikan anda menuliskan Subjek email anda klo bisa sesuai posisi yang anda lamar
misal: Lamaran Accounting Officer/Apply Accounting Officer/Accounting Officer, hindari: Gak ada subjek/Lamaran "aja"/Posisi yang cocok/mohon dicek.

3. Pastikan (penting banget) ada Attachmentnya, pelamar sering lupa, ngelamar tp gak ada attachment CV dan dokumen lainnya.

4. Attachment jika banyak dokumennya, masing2 dokumen scannya diberi nama yang benar, jadi enak dibukanya lebih mudah
misal: 1-CV, 2-Ijazah / Ijazah, CV
hindari: a, b, c / scan 1, scan 2, scan 3

5. Pastikan ukuran file attachment anda tidak terlalu besar karena bisa jadi terlalu besar dan sulit masuk ke email HRD, mungkin bisa di .zip jika banyak. contoh: maksimal 2MB untuk semua dokumennya
