🧩 Role: Hostel Manager
You’ll be a great fit if you:
• Love hospitality & people from all over the world
• Can lead a small team with calm & clear communication
• Comfortable with daily operations (check-in, housekeeping flow, guest experience)

Not knowing what would come next

Everything happened so fast
Strangers became friends,
Trips turned into memories
And somehow… Ubud became home

Because of every backpacker who stayed, laughed, shared stories, and called this place home
we didn’t just grow as a hostel
We grew into a family
