Mekukung (Mabiyukukung)

Mabiukukung is a traditional Balinese ceremony that is agrarian in nature
carried out by farmers when the rice starts to “become pregnant” (flower/bear) in the fields to ask for fertility, blessings, and abundant harvests, as well as a form of gratitude and to strengthen the togetherness of farmers in the context of the Tri Hita Karana philosophy.

Mekukung is a Balinese traditional ceremony that is closely related to rice farming.
