There’s something special about practising in our Shala — natural light filtering through the open space, tropical gardens all around, birdsong in the air, and the gentle energy of the island flowing through.
Even our feline friends seem to know there’s nowhere quite like it. 🌿☀️🐈
A little reminder that yoga isn’t just about the practice… it’s about feeling connected — to nature, to the space around us, and to ourselves.
